Hi, I'm Alison. I'm currently doing my PhD at Stellenbosch University, in South Africa. I am passionate about carnivore conservation, research on animal movement and behavior, and translating scientific research into inclusive, tangible measures that mediate human-wildlife conflict.

Although science and carnivores are pretty much my whole life, I also enjoy traveling, reading, discovering new knowledge and cultures, and making photo's along the way.
